Dips/ Leg Raise (Strength / Calisthenics)

Dip Bar / Leg raise is a calisthenics exercise that primarily targets the abs and to a lesser degree also targets the hamstrings, hi flexors, lower back, shoulders and triceps.

Lat Pull Down/Shoulder Press (Toning)

The Lat Pull/ Shoulder Press machine is primarily used to train your upper back muscles which lower your shoulders and pull your arms downwards and backwards as if you are doing a pull up. And – no competitionyou can use this machine at the same time as a friend!

Cross Trainer (Cardio)

Cross Trajnerët punojnë trupin e sipërme dhe të poshtme duke siguruar një punë të plotë të trupit dhe të rritjen e numrit të kalorive djegur.


Leg Press / stol (Toning)
