Këshilli i Qarkut Dover filloi një periudhë të konsultimit zyrtar si pjesë e rishikimit të deklaratës së tij të politikës së licencimit në bazë të Ligjit të Liçensimit 2003. The new Statement of Licensing Policy will be published and come into effect in January 2016.
