بدأ مجلس مقاطعة دوفر فترة من المشاورات الرسمية كجزء من مراجعة بيان سياسة الترخيص بموجب قانون الترخيص 2003. بدأت المشاورة الرسمية من 27 تموز 2015 until 19 تشرين اول 2015 in accordance with the statutory requirements that the policy must be reviewed every five years. The new Statement of Licensing Policy will be published and come into effect in January 2016.
