O Conselho Distrital de Dover iniciou um período de consulta formal como parte da revisão de sua declaração de política de licenciamento sob a Lei de Licenciamento 2003. A consulta formal foi executada de 27 Julho 2015 until 19 Outubro 2015 in accordance with the statutory requirements that the policy must be reviewed every five years. The new Statement of Licensing Policy will be published and come into effect in January 2016.
