Eva e Krishtlindjes do të shënojë 101 Vite që kur bomba e parë ra në tokën britanike në fillimin e Luftës së Madhe. The explosive landed in Taswell Street but was intended for Dover Castle. It fell short and threw a gardener at St James’s Rectory, James Banks, from a tree he was pruning. Mr Banks was not seriously hurt.
The Reverend John Walker will deliver a short commemorative service in front of the blue plaque on Taswell Street at 10:45 në 24 Dhjetor 2015 and and Town Mayor of Dover, Cllr Chris Precious will lay a floral tribute.
