Dover Town Council and Destination Dover are pleased to announce Dover’s Platinum Jubilee – Picnic in the Park in Pencester Gardens on Sunday 5th June, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
You are invited to bring a picnic to share this momentous occasion with family & friends!
This fun-filled celebration will be a great way for our community to come together, relax and enjoy each other’s company after such a long, challenging period following the Covid pandemic.
There will be Live Music from 10am to 4 pm as well as exciting free workshops & activities for families to take part in, these include:
- Land Zorbs;
- Assault Course;
- Bungee Trampolines;
- Climbing Wall;
- Hoopla, Coconut Shire & Hook a Duck;
- Face painter;
- Children’s Soft Play equipment;
- River Dipping (led by White Cliffs Countryside Partnership).
Also, as a special celebration event for those of you who like to bake, we are having a Jubilee Cake Competition, judged by the W.I. – please register in advance!
