We are always seeking to support local organisations and meet need in the community in a flexible and creative way.
We offer financial help through our grant schemes and may be able to offer “in kind” help such as meeting room facilities. Our grant forms are available to download here. We aim to keep the administration as simple and straightforward as possible.
The Council has two grant schemes:
- The Town Council Committee Grant Scheme; DTC Committee Grant Guidlines
- The Town Council Councillor Ward Grant Scheme. DTC Councillor Ward Grant Guidelines
Please download the Guidelines to see which scheme is most suitable for your project. You can also contact the Town Clerk who will be able to help you.
To apply for a grant, download the appropriate form below, fill it in and either print and post it or submit it via email (please find further instructions in the PDF). Please make sure you have saved a copy of your completed application form for your records. You should receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your application within five working days. Please contact us at once if this is not the case.
