Local volunteers from The Royal British Legion (White Cliffs Branch) yn gweithio'n galed heddiw i nodi'r bron 200 croesau RBL du swyddogol yn y 2021 Gardd Goffa wrth Gofeb Rhyfel People of Dover. Mae pob croes yn cynrychioli rhan o'r lluoedd arfog lle bu person lleol yn gwasanaethu ac yn rhoi ei fywyd mewn gwrthdaro arfog am y rhyddid rydyn ni'n ei fwynhau heddiw.
Bydd Cangen RBL yn codi arian ar gyfer y 2021 Apêl Pabi yn y Gofeb Ryfel o ddydd Sadwrn 30fed Hydref ar gyfer 2 wythnosau. The RBL marks its Centenary this year, 100 years dedicated to supporting veterans and their families. Our local Branch members will join 40,000 other volunteers from across the country to raise funds for much needed help for those who have sacrificed so much.
RBL Volunteer Peter Hall said –

The Town Council’s service of Commemoration will take place at the Memorial on Remembrance Sunday 14fed November beginning shortly before 11am. More details including an Order of Service will be available on the Town Council website nearer the time.
