基本生活費 & 旅遊支付
通過市議員做幾乎所有的工作，預計是自願. 安理會作出了一個名為教區基本免稅額，以議員承認花在職責的時間和費用，如在多佛旅行支付. 委員會審議了一個獨立小組的報告，該小組的成立是為了就東肯特的適當津貼水平提出建議. 議員可以按照適用於多佛區議員的相同費率申請多佛鎮以外的差旅和生活費.
