'ਤੇ 11.00am 'ਤੇ ਯਾਦ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਡੋਵਰ ਪੁਰਸ਼, women and children gathered at the People of Dover’s War Memorial to honour the memory of all the service men and women who gave their lives in armed conflicts past and present. Over 60 ਸੇਵਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਫੁੱਲ ਮਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ, ਸਮਾਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਲ ਭੁੱਕੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਢੱਕਣਾ, ਸਾਡੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਵਜੋਂ.

Everyone was welcome to pay their tribute including local organisations and the families of the fallen.
ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਫੌਜ ਦੀ ਵ੍ਹਾਈਟ ਕਲਿਫਸ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਸਮੇਤ ਡਿੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗਾਰਡਨ ਆਫ਼ ਰੀਮੇਮਬਰੈਂਸ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਪੀ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕੀਤੀ।. We are also grateful to Commander Nick Chatwin RN (ਆਰ.ਟੀ.ਡੀ) for reading the Exhortation and the Kohima Epitaph, ਡੋਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਲ ਸੀ ਕੈਡੇਟਸ ਦੇ ਪਰੇਡ ਮਾਰਸ਼ਲ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਐਲਨ ਟਿੰਕਰ, ਆਖਰੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਖੇਡਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਇਲ ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਜੈਕੇਟਸ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਮਿਸਟਰ ਜੌਨ ਹਰਕਨੇਟ, Betteshanger Colliery Welfare Band for leading the music, ਮਿਆਰੀ ਵੰਡੋ, and also the young people of our Cadet forces who attended and acted as sentries during the service.

In her address Rev. Tucker spoke of the need to remember in such as way as to keep the stories of those who we commemorate alive and continue their work to bring peace.
