مسابقه شهردار برنده شد

بیش از 600 پوند برای امور خیریه در مسابقه شهردار که در اوایل این هفته در رستوران محلی Cullin’s Yard برگزار شد جمع آوری شد.. درآمد حاصل بین صندوق مینی بوس برای Age UK Dover و Meningitis Now تقسیم خواهد شد. مسابقه با حدود فروخته شد 100 افرادی که به طور کلی شرکت می کنند. Competition was keen with local teams pitting their wits against rival teams from neighbouring towns led by their Mayors. Happily, a local team was victorious!

The Mayor Councillor Neil Rix said

“It was the best evening ever – a triple bonus –money for good causes, support for a local business and great fun for all those taking part”

Thanks go to the staff at Cullin’s Yard who worked so hard to provide the fabulous fish and chip supper and all those who donated generous raffle prizes including DFDS Seaways, Morrisons (دوور), La Salle Verte, The Mean Bean Coffee Shop, Curiosity of Dover, and John Angels Jewellers.
