Oltre £ 600 sono stati raccolti in beneficenza in occasione del quiz del sindaco tenutosi presso il ristorante locale Cullin's Yard all'inizio di questa settimana. Il ricavato sarà diviso tra il fondo minibus per Age UK Dover e Meningitis Now. Il quiz è stato esaurito con circa 100 persone che partecipano in toto. Competition was keen with local teams pitting their wits against rival teams from neighbouring towns led by their Mayors. Happily, a local team was victorious!

Thanks go to the staff at Cullin’s Yard who worked so hard to provide the fabulous fish and chip supper and all those who donated generous raffle prizes including DFDS Seaways, Morrisons (Dover), La Salle Verte, The Mean Bean Coffee Shop, Curiosity of Dover, and John Angels Jewellers.
