The Christmas and Winter festivities are already underway at the Town Council with plans for an afternoon of great attractions for the whole family to enjoy in Dover on Saturday 30th Nobyembre .
Delicious locally sourced food and drink will be available in the Market Square from lunchtime to 5pm together with stalls and shops open for that all-important Christmas Shopping. Traditional festive entertainments for all ages will be close by so that everyone can join in the fun.
The Town Council is very keen for as many Community Groups and local people as possible to bring their skills and talents to share and celebrate the festive season together. The Town’s Christmas Tree will be right in the centre of the Square with space nearby for performances and carol singing. The Christmas Light Switch-on is timed for the finale of the celebrations at 5pm.
