This year promises to be the best ever with stalls and entertainment of all descriptions culminating in the switching on of the Christmas Lights in the Market Square at 5:00pm by the Town Mayor of Dover, Councillor Precious, supported by the local Christmas Pantomime Casts (DODS) Beauty & The Beast, (Blackfish) Schone slaapster, en (Dover Jeugdtheater) Kerstman in Peril, samen met de steun van Dover Community Radio. Enkele van de hoogtepunten in de Markt zijn de Real Rendier, the Splashpals Newfoundland dogs with their Christmas Carriages and Santa in his Grotto. Enjoy non-stop entertainment from 12:30uur op het hoofdpodium en Kerst Workshops en Ambachten in de voormalige Claire's Accessories store op Biggin Straat van 10:00ben voor 3:30p.m. Er zal een klimmuur en kleinere boulder muur voor de kleintjes door de Prins Albert Public House van 10 zijn. Zangers, Meet N Greet Characters, Stilt Walker, Caricaturist and much more ensure that there is something for everyone on Dover’s most festive day.
