Sindaco di Dover Assessore Gordon Cowan si è unito alla folla ed ha ottenuto con il ritmo al Dover Insieme Multicultural Festival il Sabato 29° Giugno a Pencester Giardini, un evento annuale che ora è uno dei preferiti con tutti.
Il Dover Insieme Multicultural Festival si propone di portare le diverse comunità di Dover insieme per festeggiare e mostrare la ricca varietà di culture che compongono la città. Il festival dà alle persone la possibilità di ascoltare nuova musica, provare nuovi cibi, dance and art as well as celebrate traditional British culture and see for themselves the positive impact that diversity can have on the Town.
In opening the Festival Gordon said
A big thank you goes to our local charity Samphire, for their vision and hard work in organising today. We welcome and value the contribution of everyone, long term residents and newcomers alike, to building a vibrant and happy community where everyone can thrive.
