Saga’s new flagship “Spirit of Discovery” was launched by HRH the Duchess of Cornwall from Dover on 5 Luglio. The new ship has room for 999 passengers with 540 all-balcony cabins and suites, 5 restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The library will provide a quieter space while the lido and spa and gym will provide plenty of opportunity for exercise.
In welcoming the ship to Dover before setting off on her first voyage – a cruise round the British Isles, the Mayor of Dover, Councillor Gordon Cowan said
