The White Ribbon Campaign aims to end violence against women. Statistics show that 20% of women have experienced sexual assault and 2 women are killed by a current or former partner every week. 6 out of 7 victims of domestic violence are women.
பிரச்சார உறுதிமொழி எடுக்க அழைத்து அவர்களுடன் ஆண்களும் பெண்களும் ஈடுபடுகிறது, எந்த வடிவத்தில் உள்நாட்டு தவறாக இல்லை பொறுத்துக் வேண்டும் என்று வேலை பரவியது அவர்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதும். பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் தங்கள் மீறுகிறவர் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாவிட்டால் எடுத்துவிட்டதால் தாங்களும் பேச யாரும் இல்லை என்று பெண்கள் மற்றும் ஆண்கள் இருவரும் அதிகமாக துஷ்பிரயோகம் தொடர்கிறது. வன்கொடுமை விவரங்கள் ரகசியமாக வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும் என்று குற்றம் ங்கள் இது நிறுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். வெள்ளை ரிப்பன் அணிந்து பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்கள் அவர்கள் பேச முடியும் யாரோ உள்ளது என்று லிடம். காயங்கள் துஷ்பிரயோகம் மட்டுமே அறிகுறிகள் இல்லை. Dover Town Council signed up to support the Campaign last year. To mark International White Ribbon Day 2019 on Monday 25வது November everyone is welcome to attend the event at the Town Council Offices between 11am and 3pm, and again in the evening at the Louis Armstrong Pub between 6pm and 9pm. On offer is information about the Campaign (including short formal presentations at 12.00 midday, 2pm and 7pm), help from a Well Being adviser, a display from Dover Pride together with entertainment and an opportunity to make your own White Ribbon!
