פרסי תושבי דובר הושקו 5 לפני שנים על ידי מועצת העיר דובר, לכבד את האנשים, קבוצות ועסקים שהמחויבות שלהם, תחושת מעורבות קהילתית ואישית עוזרת להפוך את דובר למקום נפלא לחיות בו ולעבוד. מאז 2013 היו שורה של זוכי פרסים, all exemplifying the traits of selflessness, אלטרואיזם ואנושיות אמיתית.
