Dover Fair Trade Town Network, jota tukee kaupunginvaltuusto, juhli kaupungin reilun kaupan aseman uusimista tällä viikolla. Dover on ollut reilun kaupan kaupunki siitä lähtien 2009. Local People enjoyed Fair Trade refreshments while learning more about Fair Trade sustainability and environmental issues from speaker Lynette Aitken. The event was also attended by Mayor’s from Deal, Sandwich and Folkestone in additions to our own Dover Town Mayor, Valtuutettu Neil Rix. Valtuutettu Pam Brivio, a member of the Network hopes that this will be the start of growing a Fair Trade District.
