Kaunselor Gordon Cowan memulakan tahun ketiga berturut-turut sebagai Datuk Bandar Dover, membuat pengisytiharan penerimaan jawatannya pada mesyuarat pertama "secara peribadi" Majlis Bandaran sejak pelonggaran sekatan covid-19. Kaunselor Cowan mengalu-alukan Ahli Majlis baharu Andy Calder ke mesyuaratnya selepas pemilihannya untuk Wad St Radigunds. The Council also received a presentation from Mr Noel Beamish of Dover Outreach Centre on the Sunshine Community Café which is soon to open at the Centre in Snargate Street. The meeting took place at St Mary’s Parish Hall where more space was available for social distancing and the Council thank the team at St Mary’s for their help and support.
