Die Karriere von Bogla Bote Godri hat gerade einen fabelhaften Start hingelegt. Das 8 jähriger Gewinner des 2018 Young Cooks Competition kochte ihr Meisterrezept für 30 besondere Gäste, darunter die Bürgermeisterin von Dover, Sue Jones, im Dog in Wingham. Der junge Küchenchef servierte eine hervorragende Mahlzeit aus Wolfsbarsch mit geräuchertem Speck, chicory, dwarf beans, celeriac puree and red wine sauce – taking on the tough competition challenge – a cost limit of £2.50 a head and preparation time of under 90 minutes in a professional kitchen!
