The young chef served a superb meal of Sea Bass with smoked bacon, hindiba, cüce fasulyeler, kereviz püresi ve kırmızı şarap sos - zorlu rekabet meydan okuma alarak – a cost limit of £2.50 a head and preparation time of under 90 minutes in a professional kitchen!
