Destination Dover Success – St Edmund’s Chapel to receive £46,000 funding boost!

St Edmund’s Chapel, Dover, is to be given a £46,000 boost from the Coastal Revival Fund thanks to a successful bid by St Edmund of Abingdon Memorial Trust. The bid was project managed by Destination Dover – Dover’s flagship Tourism Organisation funded by the Town Council and Big Local.

  • Realizar o trabalho de conservação recomendada;
  • Melhorar o acesso à capela de St Edmund;

The Trust has developed a plan to facilitate greater year-round access for the local community and interested visitors.

Diederik Smet, Manager of Destination Dover, disse: “This is great news for Dover as the St Edmund’s Chapel project will enable this unique heritage asset to attract more visitors to the Town Centre.”
