Dover Mayor Councillor Sue Jones joined forces with local charity Dover smART to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society and the Dover Outreach Centre. Sue welcomed guests to cakes and coffee during the regular Tuesday “The Art of Age” meeting on 19th február. The Group is especially for the elderly including those living with dementia and their carers and meets every week to enjoy making art and having fun together.

Nagyon hálás vagyok, hogy a SMART Gallery otthont a kávé reggel részeként heti ülésén. Ez egy nagyon élvezetes esemény, és felvetette egy mesés összeget a Polgármesteri Jótékonysági.
Dover SMART-ben alakult 2013 és támogatja a helyi embereket művészeti és kreatív projektek, építési törekvések és tápláló jólétének. Ők jelenleg dolgoznak;fiatal gondozók és családjuk, iskolai csoportok, élők demencia, hospice betegek és családjaik, people without a home and people who are coping with mental health issues and social isolation.
