Streitkräfte-Tag ist eine Chance, unsere Unterstützung für die Männer und Frauen zu zeigen, die die Streitkräfte der Gemeinschaft bilden - gegenwärtig bedienenden Truppen, Service Familien, veterans and cadets and provide a much valued morale boost for our troops and their families.

Our troops are brave and dedicated men and women taking risks and making sacrifices so we can live safe and comfortable lives.
Dover has always been a front line town with a proud military history. Dover is an original Cinque Port and known as the birthplace of the Royal Navy. This year the Mayor of Dover, Rätin Neil Rix, is also Speaker of the Cinque Ports an ancient office with a modern relevance as the Town’s maritime links and the first rate sea-skills of Dover people continue to be nationally and internationally important.
