Book up early as some walks fill up quickly – especially those going to places that are not normally open to the public. As an added bonus many walks not only offer the chance for healthy exercise but also expert leaders who will explain aspects of the history and wildlife on the route.
The Town Council has given a grant of £500 towards the costs of the Festival so many of the walks can be free. Pop in to the Town Council offices to pick up a programme or take a look on-line at www.whitecliffswalkingfestival.org.uk
