Free weekly multi-sport sessions are coming to Pencester Gardens, ഡോവർ, offering young people across the district a chance to get active, try something new, and enjoy sport in a relaxed outdoor setting.
The sessions are free to attend, with no booking needed — just turn up and take part. Activities will offer a fun introduction to different sports and are designed to encourage confidence, പ്രസ്ഥാനം, and social connection.
