Engineers will begin installing brighter and more modern lighting in the Underpass at Bench Street on Monday 30th of November. The work is expected to be finished by the end of that week, on December 4th, just in time for the festive season. The modernisation of the lighting is another in a long line of improvements by Dover Town Council in their commitment to restore Dover to her former glory and to raise her to new heights.
