Those taking part enjoyed working as a team and felt they had made a real difference for their community.
This is the second year the cleanup has been organised and now looks as though it will be annual event. Pam Brivio, local ward Councillor said
“We would like to thank those that took part and to thank Dover Town Council, morrison, Consejo de distrito de Dover, the Curzon Hall and Big Local for supporting the event. In future we would very much like to get schools and other groups involved as there is a real message to get out about how damaging littering is.”
