The Talking Shop: Have Your Say
Talking Shop is a community participation and survey programme. Rather than expecting everyone to come to a stuffy office, the Talking Shop team will be visiting locations across Dover to speak directly with residents, besökare, community groups and local businesses.
The aim is simple: to make it easier for people to tell us what matters to them and what they would like to see happening in their local community.

- händelser, wellbeing and opportunities for residents;
- issues affecting your neighbourhood;
- services or priorities you believe should receive more attention;

Why your response matters
Local knowledge is essential when decisions are being made about projects, activities and community priorities. The people who live, work and spend time in Dover often have the clearest understanding of what is working well and where improvements may be needed.
Responses gathered through Talking Shop will help local government identify common themes, understand local priorities and make better-informed decisions about future work.
