Don’t miss out on the fabulous Christmas Weekend in Dover Town Centre. Come and meet Kent’s only Christmas Chinese Dragon, see the Chinese Lion Dancing and shake hands with special guest Kung Fu Panda!
We will be full of festive cheer, with Dover’s Market Square turning into a hub of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Solve your Christmas present headaches by snapping up a one-off special gift from a wonderful variety of stalls at the Student Makers Market. Children’s activity workshops, including Dover Big Local’s Festive Special are a must-do in the Dover Discovery Centre.
The Market Square will be full of fun, with fairground rides for small children and traditional funfair game stalls. And everyone will want to have a go on the new Rodeo Reindeer ride!
Come and meet Santa in his Grotto throughout the weekend with his hardworking elves from the Dover & South Foreland Rotary Clubs!
Dover Youth Theatre, Robbie White, St Edmunds School Choir and other local performers will be spreading the Christmas Cheer in the spotlight at the Market Square Roadshow.
In the Highstreet on Saturday, Jack Frost and the Christmas Tree and Reindeer Stilt Walkers are visiting to share their own Christmas sparkle.
Catch an Extra Special Festive Screenings of Kung Fu Panda Winter Wonderland at Dover Silver Screen Cinema on Saturday at 2.30pm, 3.20pm and 4.15pm for an Extra Special Christmas price of £2.
AND……..a Dover First ……..the one and only Kung Fu Panda will be joining Dover Town Mayor Cllr Sue Jones as she switches on the Dover Christmas Lights – Saturday 5pm .
