Sestdiena 5 Decembris iezīmē sākumu brīvdienu sezonu ar jautrību visai ģimenei kā Biggin ielas līdz Tirgus laukums tiek pārveidots ziemas brīnumzemes stendiem, izklaide, and holiday cheer. Supported by the Dover Town Team and the Healthy High Street Initiative, šogad slēdzis ieslēgts solās būt lielāks un labāk nekā jebkad, kicking off 10 am with the Christmas Workshop in the former Claire’s Accessories store on Biggin Street. There will be a climbing wall and smaller boulder wall for the little ones by the Prince Albert Public House from 10 am. A variety of performances will be showcased on the main stage from 12: 30 in the Market Square, daudz interesantu stendiem visā pilsētā, un dažādas aktivitātes un izpildītāji visas dienas garumā. The Real Reindeer are back in the Market Square vicinity and this year the Newfoundland Splashpals will be with us through the afternoon in Market Street with their Christmas Carriages. Santa arrives in his Grotto at the Market Square just after 12: 30.
